I've been in the Superhero mood lately.

Name: Olivia Weber
Alias: "Moxie"

Location: Xavier Student
Ability: Amplifies other mutant's powers with skin contact. Also can generate small balls of energy. (Mostly for defensive purposes.)
Weaknesses: She will become weak if she is holds on too long to a mutant whose powers are being used. (If they aren't using their ability, her's won't activate either.)
Background: Still has good relations with family. (They aren't prejudice against mutants.) She was born and raised in Austria, then moved to Xavier Institute when her powers emerged. She was trained there and later will stay to teach other mutants.

She works best with mutants whose powers are limited or weak. (Example: Nightcrawler's teleportation range limit, the strength of Cecilia Reyes's defensive shields, or Gambit's limited range.)
In the case of mutants with offensive powers, she would simply increase them. (Example: Cyclops' optic blasts or Jubilee's fireworks.)
In the case of mutants with body mutations (Example: Iceman, Angel, Wolverine, Shadowcat etc.) She would increase their powers, but all together wouldn't be as much use to them as she would to others.
She should never touch Rogue; their abilities would cancel each other out both girls would probably end up hurt.
