Happy Holidays everyone!

Well, I'm officially on break now meaning I have a lot more time to draw and be creative. I have a list of things to draw for people for Christmas and those should be coming along soon. I also have some class assignments to post. I've been really enjoying my design class because it forces me to draw things that I wouldn't normally draw. (Not to mention I've had a great time learning how to create 3d art.) My other art class has been fun as well because I get very good critique and some beautiful things have come out of it.

For my watchers, as much as I'd like to draw something for each and every one of you, it's simply impossible so instead I'll ask your opinions, draw one thing and dedicate it to all of you. So go ahead and comment with ideas and we'll see what the majority is. (Or what seems like the most fun to draw. ) (I'm sensing the consensus is "cute" ) Also, I'd like you all to comment a deviation of yours. (The thumbnail code, if you don't mind.) My subscription is almost finished so I'd like to feature my watcher's work before it runs out.

Oh and I almost hate to ask, but I love my subscription so...
If anyone wants to renew my subscription, I will do a request drawing for each month I get. And by request, I mean anything you want me to draw, I'll draw. ^_^
Edit: Ok, who do I direct the love to? Someone got me a 12 month sub which means someone is getting 12 months worth of pictures. However since that person checked anonymous when they gifted the sub...I can't know who it is unless they come forward. SO COME FORWARD SO I CAN LOVE YOU!

Oh yes, I almost forgot (too much holiday spirit I guess. ) I'm going to be going to school in Chicago next year at the American Academy of Art! I'm really excited.

Just to let everyone know, I'm going to be in Chicago for the weekend and it's unlikely that I'll have internet. Have a good weekend! (I know I will! )

Long time, no journal! Notice my new CSS, opinions?

Fall has been very busy for me so far! (Hence the lack of updates.) I've just finished a show (The Last Five Years) and am already starting on a new one. (Epic Proportions) I had so much fun doing Last Five Years, I'm hoping Epic Proportions will be just as great.

I'm going to be doing NanoWrimo this year. For those of you unfamiliar: it's a personal contest that takes place during November where writers try to write 50,000 words during the month. I've added my profile page to my links above ([link]). Anyone else is planning on doing it? I want more writing buddies!

What is everyone going to be for Halloween? My sister is having a Masquerade Party the weekend before so I'll have two opportunities for wearing costumes this year! (Very excited about that. ) I'll probably go Victorian for her party and then go all-out Steampunk for Halloween.

Finally, an update on art. I have a small stack of drawings to scan and color. (Many of them from L5Y) However, it may be a bit before any of them make it online. Something malfunctioned with my Windows and I had to reload the it...leaving me with no programs. Thankfully, all my files were saved. ^_^

I think that's all for now. I'll try to keep my journal more updated from now on!
